STEP #1
Understand the correlation between a score and some opinion index values

In many cases you are interested in not just the opinion correlation between topics and keyword in your data but also you want to understand the correlation between a score and some opinion index values. For example you want to understand what automatically recognized topics’ opinion idnex correlates the best with the NPS score values in your data set. In this case you have to set type of your NPS score column to correlation number.

STEP #2

After performing the analysis in the result Excel file on the Opinion correlations sheet you can check that which topics drived the NPS score the customers gave.

STEP #3
Pearson-correlation values

The Opinion correlations sheet shows Pearson-correlation values between -1 and 1, where 1 means the strongest positive correlation and -1 means the strongest negative relation.
