Plan ahead with Campaign Scheduling

 

Now, you can schedule your campaigns in advance or set up recurring sends to maintain consistent engagement with your audience. This means you no longer need to manually send out every campaign - just set it up once and let the system do the rest.

  • Automate recurring campaigns (daily, weekly, or monthly) to maintain customer engagement.

Gain insights with Campaign Metrics

 

Understanding campaign performance is crucial for continuous improvement. Our new Metrics dashboard gives you a detailed view of how your campaigns and individual waves are performing.

 

What can you track?

  • Bounce Rate – Identify how many emails failed to reach recipients.
  • Open Rate – Measure how many recipients opened your campaign email.
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR) – See how many users clicked on the survey link or embedded question in the email
  • Completion Rate – Track how many people completed the survey.

The Metrics dashboard includes multiple chart visualizations, allowing you to compare different waves side by side on key metrics. Plus, reminders have the same detailed metrics and dashboard views, so you can monitor their effectiveness just as easily.

With exportable reports (PNG for charts and XLSX for recipient performance), you’ll have all the data you need to refine your campaigns and optimize engagement.

 

 

Boost responses with Reminder Sending

 

Getting a high response rate isn’t always easy, but now you can follow up effortlessly with automated reminder emails.

 

Target specific groups of recipients based on their engagement:

  • Non-openers – Resend the email to those who haven’t opened it.
  • No-clicks – Follow up with users who opened but didn’t engage.
  • Non-completers – Remind those who didn’t finish the survey.
  • Bounced emails – Retry sending to addresses that initially failed.

 

These reminders can be sent instantly or scheduled for later and you can tailor your reminder messages for better engagement.
